Once again the blog went before I had quite finished so this is why there is such a quick, next instalment. For anyone in the Fordingbridge area then you may like to know that Roz and Vaughan Bradbury pitched up here a few days ago and are parked just across the way from us. I am very impressed with their patriotic way of showing they are English. Their mugs, plates and the like all show the Union Flag and their bicycle helmets have large patriotic flags across the top of them. It was lovely to see them arrive and I am waiting to see if Roz will try to organise us Brits into a choir to out sing the French at the next bar function.
A Steve and Sue came here for a few days as they had trouble with their motor home. This is a strange environment, they arrived and in no time you would think we had known them forever and then they are gone. They have moved further South but, who knows, we could well bump into them sometime in the future. Neil and Sybil returned from Scotland and were meant to move on over a week ago. Problem for Sybil is that Neil is so laid back that he finds it impossible to decide when they should move on and where they should move on to. So we will have their company for some time to come.
In a caravan just up the way from where we are parked Roy and Susan from Bolton. What a lovely couple they are. They have been coming to this same site for years and they have already made arrangements to come here next year. There have been lots of others and what I am trying to explain is that this is a wonderful part of the life we are leading at the moment meeting so many people.
